  MADISON/BELLEVILLE, WI. - Mrs. Russell (Arlene) Feller Howard age 60, passed away Thrusday, April 3, 1980 at Methodist Hospital, Madison. She was born Feb. 4, 1920 in New Glarus Township. She was the former Arlene Hustad, daughter of Edwin and Verona Zimmerman Hustead. She married Harold Feller Feb. 17, 1941, he passed away Aug. 19, 1963. She married Russell Howard April 24, 1976. She was employed by the State of Wisconsin in the Dept. of Transportation. Mrs. Howard was a member of the Orchard Ridge Church of Christ and the Zor Shrine Arab Patrol Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband, Russell of Madison; five daughters, Mrs. Frank (Marlon) Radcllll of South Belolt, IL., Mrs. Martin (Nancy) Northway of Columbus, Indiana, Mrs. Terry (Peggy) Roth of Now Glarus, Mrs. Dan (Margie) Classy of New Glarus and Mrs. Tom (Brenda) Hellenbrand ol Madison; three brothers, Oliver Hustead of New Glarus, Donald Hustead ol New Glarus and Eldon Hustead of New Glarus; six sisters, Mrs. Anna Paulson of Mt.
