Schuler von Alpthal SZ

I am trying to locate my husband's great great grandparents. The family were Catholic. His great grandfather was Joseph (Josef) Antone Schuler who was born in Alpthal in 1842. He died in Alpthal July 31, 1931. His great grandmother was Marianna (Marie, Anna) Elizabeth Luond. She was born in Brunni April 29, 1854 and died April 23 1937. I assume she died in Alpthal. I don't have a marriage date for them.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the tip. While doing research last week at the Family History Library in SLC that's exactly what I did. I even used Google to translate and sent the message in both English and German. Alas, no answer so far.

BTW, I'm also in California. Sacramento area.
