We are looking for
1. Jacob Rudolph, *1746, carpenter, emigrated from Hamburg to Philadelphia in 1796 with his family: his wife Ann Mary and five children: Mary Catherine, Christian, Abraham, Mary Ann and Francis. All names are given in the passenger directory in anglicized form.
2. Leopold Rudolph, *probably on August 15, 1772, emigrated from Hamburg to Philadelphia in 1803 with his family: his wife Anna Catharina (Catheriny) and four children: Anna Elisabeth, Caspar (John Casper I), Anna Maria and Maria Catharina.

Hello, A quick look at the 1800 US Census shows 2 Jacob's. One in Middlesex Township, Butler County, Penn. And the other in Sunbury, Northumber Co., Penn.

In the 1810 US Census, a L. Rudolph is in Kershaw, South Carolina.
