Hello everyone, thanks to everyone's help here I was able to connect with distant family - thank you. Now, in trying to help our newly discovered family we are hoping to find records for the family of:

- PHILIPP STARK, b. 30 Apr 1837 in Zunsweier, Ortenaukreis, Baden, Deuthschland; d. about 1909 in Pennsylvania, USA

- BALBENA (Balbina?) GRESBACH, b. 1840 in (Zunsweier?) Germany and died in about 1892 in/around Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

PHILIPP STARK and BALBENA GRESBACH had children:

- KATHERINE STARK who married JAMES E WHITAKER (born Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA)
- PHILIPP STARK who married PAULINE MEHLHORN
- LOUISE STARK (b. 19 Dec 1875 in Baden, d. 16 Apr 1901 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA who married MARSHALL E. (EDWARD) JOHNSON of USA (WISCONSIN/MICHIGAN?)

laut den Standesbüchern der kath. Gemeinde Zunsweier:
Balbina Gresbach/Model wurde am 28.05.1840 in Zunsweier unehelich geboren.
Als Mutter wurde Maria Agatha Model angegeben.

Bei der Heirat der Balbina Gresbach am 22.11.1863 Zunsweier mit Philipp Stark, werden als Eltern der Bergmann Ferdinand Gresbach, geboren den 07.12.1823 Zunsweier, und Maria Agatha Model, geboren 04.01.1817 Zunsweier, angegeben.
Geheiratet haben sie am 19.02.1863
