Hello!!!

I have ancestors that married in Herrstein (Hernstein), Lower Austria, whose marriage record is:

Philipp Peter Leonhardt, weber, 30 years old, live in Herrstein, protestant, son of weber Phillip Peter Leonhardt and deceased Ana Katerina Klein:
oo Maria Eva Trein, midwife, 32 years old, live in Hernstein, protestant, daughter of deceased smith Cristian
Trein, and Henriette Philippine Köhler, from Mörschied.

The marriage was in February 6th, 1853.

Philipp Peter Leonhardt born in August 25th, 1822. Maria Eva Trein born in November 24th, 1820.

Thank you so much if someone have any more information.

Hello,
as far as I know there were no protestants in Hernstein Lower Austria. The nearest protestant churches to Hernstein are in Baden and in Wr. Neustadt. And there was no marriage in Hernstein Leonhardt/Trein.
But there is a Herrstein and near to it a Mörschied in Rheinland-Pfalz in Germany and there are many protestants.
I guess you will have more success if you ask there.
Best regards from Lower Austria
Christine
