Baumgartner is a fairly common name with several places of citizenship also in canton Zürich. I would therefore recommend you contact the Zürich State Archive and ask the Schulthess Marriage Register to be checked: to my knowledge this project has been completed in the meantime, up to 1875, and should contain the sought after marriage in 1874, hopefully giving additional detail (like place of citizenship) on the bride.

Should you get any additional info, please, add it to the forum, so we can continue the discussion.
