Kirchenbüchern in Remich

Meine entschuldigung .. Ich spreche nur ein bisschen Deutsch.
Hello, I live in the USA and I am not able to travel to Luxembourg for local research. Instead I have been using the LDS microfilms of the Luxembourg Parish registers. In the LDS microfilms there is a gap of years between 1719 and 1768. Are those years truly missing from the Parish registers? or did the LDS photographer miss them? Is there another means to research this time period in Remich, Luxembourg?
I already know of the "Stadt Remich Familienchronik" by Kayser Posper, and I am familar with this book.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
