- born in Valais around 1857 -1860
- married to Maria J. Kempfen (born in 1866) in Valais
- emigrated to Argentina, with his wife, between 1885 and 1894

The Schreter or Schroter last name may have been from Eischoll, Raron, Unterbäch, Goms or Brig.

Did you find parish records or civil records from Argentina on familysearch?
Maybe this records mention their place of birth or even the names of their parents.
On familysearch you can also find passenger manifests and records of ship inspections for ships arriving in Argentina.

I got more information:
Juan (Jean) Schroter (or Schreter, or Schroeter) married Maria Josefa Kempfen, and they have two children, born in Valais:
Ida (born in 1883) and Teofilo (born in 1885)

I would appreciate any information about this family.
