Hafner von Holderbank SO

[Alexander]

Hello,

My ancestor Melonia Hafner was born in Holderbank on 20 December 1857. I don't know the names of her parents, but she was married to Beda Büttler of Mümliswil on 26 January 1879 in Switzerland.

Would someone be able to help me find her birth certificate or the marriage license of her parents?

I regret that I am unable to write in German in this post, but can use Google Translate to help with your response. Thank you in advance!

Susan

Hi Susan,

you might be lucky and get a response here (give readers some time) - but if nothing comes up, contact the Civil Registry Office for Mümliswil (see my comment on Büttler von Mümliswil): they should have the marriage recorded, which would give you the names of the bride's parents.

Thanks Wolf!
