| Looking for a village, town or commune in the Ticino area of Switzerland,
with the name of "Soveltreilan" or similar.
Could be in a canton called "Tiano". or could possibly be in Lombardia, or Trento
in northern Italy.
Any info would be appreciated.

I am beginning to think the name might be Sovel Treilan (or similar),
and more likely Italian than swiss.

| Have found that \"Switzerland\" on UK census records, has been mis-interpreted as \"Soveltrein\" - part of the mystery solved.
