Unangemeldete Besucher des Forums sind als Gäste herzlich willkommen; ihnen steht allerdings nur ein Leserecht zu.
Um im Forum einen Beitrag zu veröffentlichen, muss man sich zuerst anmelden. Dazu klickt man in der Menüleiste oben auf "Anmelden" und folgt den weiteren Anweisungen folgen.
Die genaue Prozedur ist illustriert H I E R beschrieben.
Man erhält dann per Email ein Passwort, mit dem man sich ins Forum einloggen kann.
Nach dem Einloggen hat man die Möglichkeit, entweder auf Beiträge anderer zu antworten, oder eigene neue Beiträge zu verfassen.
Les visiteurs (membres non inscrits) de ce Forum sont les bienvenus, mais ils ne disposent que d'un droit de lecture.
Pour publier un message au Forum, il est nécessire de s'inscrire auparavant (Au menu principal cliquer sur "S'incrire" et suivre la procédure telle qu'illustrée I C I ).
Un mot de passe vous est alors adressé par email. Il vous sert à faire votre "Login".
Suite à votre Login, vous pouvez ou bien écrire des réponses aux questions posées au Forum, ou encore poser vos propres questions en ouvrant un nouveau thème.
You are welcome to visit the forum without prior registration: as our guest you can read all contributions, but not post answers or queries of your own.
If you want to contribute yourself, i.e. post to the forum, you first have to register (free of charge). Registration is possible with the dialogue either in German or French - the following description is based on the German dialogue:
1. Click on "Anmelden" in the menu top row.
2. You then have to accept the forum's conditions by clicking on "Einverstanden". An English version of this text is under preparation.
3. On the next page at least minimal data (your login name, nickname, and e-mail address) have to be entered. If you don't understand German (or French) at all, you may find the commented screenshots on http://swiss.genealogy.net/forum/regist-e.htm useful. Finish by clicking on "Bearbeiten".
4. Your password will be sent to you by e-mail.
5. With your login name and password handy, click on "Login" (there are several locations for that).
6. Now you are ready to either respond to an existing thread, or start a new one. If starting a new one, please, make sure you do so in the appropriate regional sub-forum.
